Disciples Men's Ministry

 

Paul called Timothy to first have the men to pray together. God does amazing work when men pray together in unity. James 5:16 says, "Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, so that you may be healed."

Disciples Men's Ministry provides an opportunity for all men to come together to encourage and strengthen their faith in Christ. Men's ministry is about spreading and celebrating the word of God among brothers and making disciples of the men you engage along the way. It encourages men to be their best, promoting right action, responsibility, and the fulfillment of duty in the service of the highest Christian ideals. One way we do this is to make use of the gifts and experience of the men that are in our ministry, providing opportunities for men to serve others.

"Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain." – 1 Corinthians 15:58

Join with other men at First Christian Church Garland on the first Saturday morning of every month for breakfast as we discuss what it means to be men of courage in our world today. Childcare is available if notified in advance. Looking forward to seeing you there!
