Our format is different from previous years. It will be a one-day event. Participants and their families will be invited to attend and participate in worship on Sunday, July 31. (See below)

Theme – Food Truck Party: On a Roll with God! 

Scripture – Matthew 6:11, “Give us this day our daily bread.”

All children age 4 through 5th grade are invited to Food Truck Party VBS. After a high-energy opening assembly, we will make our way to the Bible Story Station, music, science, crafts, and games. We will pray as Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:11: “Give us this day our daily bread.” These words serve as a reminder that everything we have comes from God – and that it’s by turning to God in prayer that all of our daily needs are met. We will learn to serve as the hands of God, ensuring that the needs of others are met.  Come discover the good news of Jesus!

· We will all have fun and make new friends! Watch for guest appearances from Elijah, Daniel, DJ Cupcake and our Top Chef, Shaun Brown.

· Donate a jar of peanut butter to benefit the North Texas Food Bank.

· Everyone is welcome! Please invite your friends! Pick up a registration form at the church or register online at fccgarland.org.
