Typeface & Font Size
The primary typeface specified for the presentation of this website is Trebuchet MS. If Trebuchet MS is unavailable Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, and sans-serif typefaces are specified as alternates. The presentation has been tested and achieves design consistency using all of these typefaces.
The website presentation was designed using the "Medium" font size in Internet Explorer. Netscape users may desire to increase the size to 125% to view the website as designed. Users of all browser platforms should be able to scale the font size from "Smaller" or 75% to "Larger" or 125% without drastically altering the presentation. For comparison with what you see on your screen here is a screenshot of the website presentation as designed at 800x600 resolution.

Graphic Elements
We have made effort to minimize the effects that the graphic elements of our site may have on your browsing experience. All graphics used on this site are JPEG of GIF format and are compressed to a reasonable size for users of dial-up networking. Color has been tested for consistency in 16-bit high-color and 24-bit true-color. Users who have their display settings set in 8-bit 256-color may experience inconsistency when viewing the website presentation.
Browser Software
This website is designed to be compatible with current version and current version−1 web browsers running on any platform under the sun. We have made effort to insure our website is compatible by using the World Wide Web Consortium's HTML 4.01 and CSS 2.1 standards for our code and have made our code "XHTML ready". Unfortunately software manufacturers often have their own agenda or face limitations when designing browser software. Our web publishing team has made effort to insure that the website features and presentation have been tested for proper function and consistency with current version and current version−1 popular web browsers on as many platforms as we can borrow.
If you are a user of a legacy version of browser software, are using a customized or an "accelerator" version of a browser, or are browsing via a content provider like AOL, be advised that our site has not been rigorously tested in these environments and you may experience unpredictable results while viewing and using our site.
Flexible Presentation
The CSS 2.1 standard is used to control the presentation of this website. Tables and Frames are rigid structures that are often used in website presentation to achieve consistency. CSS offers a more flexible way to realize website design and allows the user to control certain elements of the design like width, height, and font size. However, the control a user wields must remain within the boundaries of good reason. The website presentation has been tested and achieves design consistency at screen resolutions of 640x480 – 1600x1200 pixels and font scaling of 75% – 125%.
